Terms of Use
The rules for using UNIquizitor: your account, exams, payments and what we are responsible for.
Your account
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
One account is for one person. Don't share your login, sell your account, or let anyone else use it. Give accurate details and keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Each account may be used on a limited number of devices, and swapping one is limited. Using one account from an unusual number of networks in a day may sign it out or suspend it while we check.
Using the service fairly
You must not copy, screenshot, record, download, publish or resell questions, answers, explanations, exams, courses or any other content, except where a feature lets you save it for yourself; try to get answers during an exam in a way the site doesn't offer, or help someone else do so; use bots, scripts or scraping tools, or try to get around limits, payments, watermarks or security; or attack, overload or probe the site, or use someone else's account.
Exams
Lecturer exams are timed and may record when you leave the exam page. A lecturer can set a limit on such departures; going over it submits your exam automatically. Some exams can only be taken in our app. Your results and ranking are shared with the lecturer who set the exam, and where the lecturer allows it you can choose whether other students see you in the ranking.
Payments and plans
Prices are shown before you pay and are fixed on your order. The prices you see depend on where you connect from: in Iran you see Toman and pay through Zibal; elsewhere you see euros and pay through Revolut, which our staff confirm by hand. A plan or course starts when payment is confirmed and lasts for the period shown when you bought it. Refunds are handled by our support team case by case; a payment the gateway has taken always gives you what you paid for, so if something goes wrong, contact us with your order code.
Content and ownership
All questions, explanations, exams, courses and site design belong to UNIquizitor or to the lecturers who made them. Buying a plan or course gives you a personal right to use it while it lasts, not ownership.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, without refund. Breaking the content rules, especially sharing paid content, can lead to a permanent ban. You may close your account at any time.
Limits of our responsibility
We work to keep the service accurate and online, but we don't promise it is free of errors or never interrupted. Our material is preparation only; we don't guarantee any exam result or admission. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, except where the law doesn't allow that limit.
Law and changes
