What you agree to when you buy a UNIquizitor course.
What you are buying
These terms apply on top of the Terms of Use whenever you buy or watch a course. A course, or a section of one, gives you alone the right to watch and read it for the access period shown at checkout. You do not own the videos, PDFs or questions; the lecturer and UNIquizitor do.
Piracy means a permanent ban
Sharing a course in any form is piracy. That includes recording the screen or filming it with another device; downloading, copying, uploading or forwarding videos, PDFs, notes or questions on Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, websites, groups or anywhere else; selling, renting or lending your account or your access; and watching together with people who haven't paid, on one account.
If we find course content from your account shared anywhere, your account is banned permanently, with no refund. That means every course, plan, exam result and lecturer class on the account. Opening a new account after a ban breaks these terms too, and that account is banned as well. We may also take legal action under Iran's copyright laws, and we pass the evidence to the lecturer whose work was taken.
How we find leaks
Every video shows your username and email moving across the screen, and every PDF you open is printed with your name. Our apps block screen recording where the phone or computer allows it. We log which account opened which lesson, when, from which device and network, and for how long. A leaked copy therefore names the account it came from.
Devices and access
Courses follow the same device limit as the rest of your account, and some video lessons can only be watched in our app. Your access ends at the end of the access period; your notes and progress stay, so they are there if you buy again.
Refunds

If the course changes
Lecturers may update, add or fix lessons during your access period. If a course you bought is withdrawn before your access ends, we will contact you about a refund for the unused part or a move to an equivalent course.
